Smartphones intelligently enable and disable wireless charging as the battery nears capacity. This may cause it to appear as if the wireless charger is not functioning correctly. A super-duty case may also be preventing proper wireless signal.
To test these, remove your case, ensure your phone is below 75% charge, and then place on the wireless charger.
