Fuse Chicken ships to nearly every country. During checkout, you will be presented with shipping options for your address. For delivery outside the USA, we recommend using Priority Mail or FedEx only otherwise tracking may not be available.

Shipping & Sale Terms

Most Orders placed before 9am Eastern Time are shipped the same day, excluding public holidays and weekends.
First Class shipping typically delivers in 1 week to North America and 4-8 weeks anywhere else in the world. COVID-19 is causing significant delays to First Class shipments except within the USA.
Priority typically delivers in 3 days within the US and within 2-4 weeks anywhere else in the world.
FedEx delivers in 2-days to the USA and 3-5 days anywhere in the world.
Priority or Fedex is strongly recommended for international shipments. Tracking is not available otherwise and Fuse Chicken cannot issue a refund for lost or mis-routed first-class shipments unless they are returned to us.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before entering your credit card.
Import Tax and/or Duty is what your country charges for a product you purchase. Any fees are your government’s charges to you and not part of the shipping cost. Fuse Chicken ships to over 150 countries, so it is not feasible for us to track local import laws, duties, and taxes for each country.
If you refuse the shipment, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs both ways and a 15% restocking fee if the package is received back by us.
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes and will automatically ship with USPS if this is entered.
In rare instances, Fedex cannot be used for other addresses. If this happens, we will ship by USPS Priority Mail instead, which may extend the delivery time by 5-10 days additional.
Fuse Chicken reserves the right to use alternate carriers for free shipping offers. Free shipping delivery time is not guaranteed.
Fuse Chicken pays credit card fees as soon as an order is placed. Cancelled orders will be refunded less 5% to cover these non-refundable fees.
