After all, we are all just people who share our time here together and our relationships and interaction are what is most important. So to back that up, we won't put you through an endless loop of support emails. Returns

If you aren't satisfied for any reason, just let us know within 14 days of your order. There may be a restocking fee if a return is accepted after 14 days. If you purchased from another location, unfortunately, we can't usually take the return directly and you will need to contact the store you purchased from. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping

Shipping method for orders from www.fusechicken.com can be selected during checkout. We strongly recommend international buyers select priority shipping to receive a tracking number. Typical international delivery times are 4-6 weeks for first class shipping and 2 weeks for priority.

Fuse Chicken ships to over 150 countries, so it is not feasible for us to track local import laws, duties, and taxes for each country. Most Fuse Chicken products ship under tariff code 8544.42.20 that you can use to check what the duty will be on our products.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will charge your credit card immediately. Why? Making custom products is expensive. We use pre-order deposits to be able to build the highest quality products possible, so you will truly love your Fuse Chicken product

Warranty

Before contacting us for warranty support, please try these 2 steps:

1. Your specific phone case may be preventing the cable from plugging in. Try plugging it in without the case

2.  Plug in the charger to the official Apple wall charger that came with your product. Some third party charging accessories may not be compatible with 

3. Check your connector jack for dust and lint that may be blocking the connection.

Product Warranty Term
All new Fuse Chicken products carry one-year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. TITAN, TITAN LOOP, TITAN M, TITAN LOOP M, and ARMOUR CHARGE extend the Fuse Chicken Product Warranty to a Lifetime Limited Warranty for the original purchaser.

What is Covered
We promise that you will receive a product that is defect-free in materials and workmanship.

What isn't Covered
The warranty will not cover cosmetic issues or product failure because you broke it - any defect or malfunction caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow directions, abuse, or use with improper, jailbroken, customized, or faulty equipment. It doesn't cover incidental damages or damage caused by trying to disassemble, repair, or alter a product yourself. Only the BOBINE line of products are covered for use as a dock/stand for the device. Fuse Chicken does not warranty or provide service or support for any third party products that our products attach to, including, but not limited to iPhones.

Unfortunately, due to the prevalence of counterfeit products, the Fuse Chicken Warranty is only valid when product is purchased from an authorized reseller. If you would like to check the validity of a seller before purchase, please email support@fusechicken.com

Important Note
Fuse Chicken products are charge cables and smartphone accessories, not weight lifting devices, chainsaw stoppers, tow ropes, etc. 
Any videos and photos showing alternate uses are for demonstration purposes only and do not show intended usage that is covered under warranty.

Documentation
To ensure warranty claims are for genuine Fuse Chicken products, our support team may require a receipt to complete your claim. If a receipt or other proof of purchase is not provided, you may be asked to ship the product back to Fuse Chicken at your expense for review. Due to the amount of fraudulent warranty claims using forged Amazon receipts, all Amazon orders must be shipped back to Fuse Chicken for warranty claims.

Repair or Replacement
Fuse Chicken will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer available or out of stock, we may replace your product with a product of equal value at our option.

Email support@fusechicken.com with your full name, place of purchase, order number (if online), and a copy of your receipt.

The Fine Print
This warranty contains the sole warranty of Fuse Chicken. There are no other warranties, express or implied, except as required by law, including the implied warranty of condition of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. And such implied warranties, if any, are limited in duration to the term of this warranty. Some states or countries, do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some countries extend the warranty term to a minimum of 2 years.
