Credit card failures: 315 - 7% of total backers
Dollar amount of failures: $6323 - 3% of total funding
While this doesn't have a huge effect on Une Bobine because we were well past the funding goal, if your project barely meets the goal, it is something you may need to plan for. Below are my suggestions:

"I hope this project provides a framework that other kickstarter projects can follow. Transparency, frequent updates, and listening to feedback are all critical parts of the kickstarter process. Kudos to you and your team for doing it the right way. I was hesitant to back the project until this most recent update, now I'm really excited to see the process through."

Today we placed the order for the first production run of Une Bobine and I thought it a perfect time to share some statistics with you.
We also wanted to share some comments we've received from backers this week. This is a handful of the thousands we received from the Kickstarter surveys.
And last, but not least:
You guys rock! One of the most impressive and professional Kickstarters I've come across! Thanks!
Thanks Kickstarter Backers. You guys have made this whole project worth all the sleepless nights, extra stress, and tons of overtime work!
